Coming Soon. . .

It started with cooking garbanzo beans (chickpeas) to freeze (instead of purchasing in a can). Then it moved onto roasting garlic, and shortly I will finish by toasting sesame seeds to make tahini and tomorrow or the next day it will end with hummus. All recipes will be shared by week's end. Along with the zucchini recipes mentioned previously.
