Weekly Menu - March 27 through April 2

We did pretty good last week. We didn't make one of the items; the Teriyaki Honey Chicken. Okay, I guess we didn't make two because I had planned the Coconut Rice to to with it so we didn't make that either. This week will make them both.

Dinner - Main Dish:
Tacos
Freezer Meal
Healthy and Hearty Chicken Quinoa Stew (new recipe)
Cheeseburger Macaroni (new recipe)
Teriyaki Honey Chicken (carried over from last week)

Dinner - Side Dishes:
Spanish Rice (new recipe from PE's Family Cookbook)
Salad
Steamed Asparagus
Coconut Rice

Breakfast:
French Breakfast Puffs (new recipe)

Miscellaneous:
Refried Beans
Sweet Potato Crescents
